From North on I-95:

  1. I-95 S via the exit- on the left.
  2. Take the SR-16 exit- exit number 318- toward ST. AUGUSTINE/ GREEN COVE SPGS.
  3. Take the SR-16 E ramp toward TECHNICAL INSTITUTE/ ST AUGUSTINE/ FLAGLER COLLEGE.
  4. Turn LEFT onto FL-16 E.
  5. Turn RIGHT onto N PONCE DE LEON BLVD/ US-1 S.
  6. Turn LEFT onto W CASTILLO DR.
  7. W CASTILLO DR becomes FL-A1A/ AVENIDA MENENDEZ.
  8. Turn RIGHT onto CATHEDRAL PL.
  9. Turn RIGHT onto CHARLOTTE ST.

From South on I-95:

  1. Merge onto I-95 N via the ramp- on the left- toward JACKSONVILLE.
  2. Merge onto FL-207 N via exit number 311 toward ST AUGUSTINE/ ST AUGUSTINE BCH/ ANASTASIA STATE PK.
  3. Turn LEFT onto S PONCE DE LEON BLVD/ US-1 N.
  4. Turn RIGHT onto W KING ST/ CR-214 E
  5. Turn LEFT onto CHARLOTTE ST.
